This might be a weird question, but what's the width on the upper arms of this dress (or your arm/bicep circumference if it fits okay there)?

That's not a weird question! The circumference of my own upper arm is about 9 1/2 inches, or 24cm. However this dress is by no means tight in my upper arms! It could fit a few more inches for sure.
