This was one of my dream dresses but I just never wear it anymore. Needs a better home! 

I don't own the waist ties or any bows that may have come with it originally :(

I bought it second hand and the original owner altered the straps to be flat instead of the tie on style. This was well done and is surged etc.
 *I wore this twice and once with a red top under which has left some very faint unnoticeable pinkish stains in the armpits. I'm sure they'd come out with oxyclean but I haven't attempted it. 

Print and embroidery are in flawless condition!!!
