Also, I am a little worried about the measurements. The full shirring gives me hope but I have a 32 inch waist and it says 23-30 do you think the extra 2 inches would matter?

hi there, so shipping to Australia is an estimate of $21. Also when it comes to the shirring I find it's even snug for a 28 inch waist from how small the shirring panel is.
