This sale is for a ruffle front Meta blouse I got out of an LP in 2015.  I wore it once and realized it was not my style. Similar blouses from the time are about 36/37 in. It is shirred in the back to give some extra room and has removable waist ties. Im not going to lie to you, I have a hard time distinguishing white tones but Im going to say this is more of an ivory tone.
