- in the case of hand made items (as in, made by myself specifically), there will be a 30 day grace period from the time of shipment where if the item is damaged or broken, I can replace it or offer a refund so long as photographic evidence is provided. - once the item is shipped, I am not responsible if the package is lost or delivered to the wrong address. It is up to the buyer to ensure their address is correct before it is shipped, though I will do my due dilligence to double check. - shipping price is intended to cover both packaging and actual postal costs; in the event that the total comes out to less than what was charged, I will be happy to refund the difference :) - I understand that things can come up, but please pay within 3 days of winning a listing or I will have to re-list
