I bought this skirt secondhand from Mercari and have tried it on once. I underestimated just how long it is. (For reference I am 5ft tall and it hits at my mid calf.)
This would be an excellent old school piece for a taller and/or plus sized lolita! The waistband is partially/mostly shirred to fit a variety of sizes.
I think the waistband elastic is a bit stretched. I'm not sure what the original waist measurement was, but it felt loose on me at a 29" waist. No other flaws that I can find, the fabric feels nice and crisp for such an older piece.
