Cutsew bought on mercari, still with tags. There is a small pin needle little brown mark on the front that is so small it's almost not there. In great condition. Sorry the pic is in my messy room, I'm moving some stuff >< 
The lolilibrary list shows a very small 30 inch bust, i'd say it can stretch to 36.
