Brand new, never worn, tags on

Bought from another user who didn't like the color, unfortunately there was an error in posted measurements and it did not fit me once arrived. Slightly wrinkled from sitting in a box for a few days, but the material should steam out nicely.
Measurements from lolibrary:

63cm(24.8in) ~ approx. max 115cm(45.2in) (absolute max, more will be uncomfortable)

I would describe the color as "marine blue". I've included a couple comparison pictures against a blue sample and a green sample.
