This is another old school piece (from 2001!) that has been neglected in my closet for a while and deserves a new home. This JSK is unshirred and the waist ties are not removable. There is a built-in petticoat. The fabric is somewhat faded overall and some of the ribbon ends are very slightly frayed, but I have not found any damage to the raschel lace.
