Great condition~ Bought second hand, never worn myself. Although the dress is missing the pink sash, it should be easy to replace with a ribbon from your local crafts/hobby store. Favorite details are the gorgeous little pink satin ribbons on the bottom of the skirt lined with ruffles. Features full shirring, shoulder straps are adjustable depending on how you tie it.

Are you referring to the measurements on the lolibrary reference link? If so, I think they might be, since the bust can stretch up to ~50" max
