These are ivory, not white. The bottom of each leg has two layers of raschel lace. There is a ribbon on each cuff that you can tie in a bow, but it’s just for show. The keg opening is elasticized and each one can open up to about 75cm. I measured the waist at a max stretch of about 109cm, with the max hips being about 120cm
