Although this place does have condition issues it is still beautifully made and the details are really pretty. The front buttons are covered by a lace panel, except for the top most button. The exposed buttons (neck & cuffs) are covered in fabric while the hidden buttons down the front are not. There is also a strip of lace down the outside of each arm.
 I got the blouse in this condition and I gave it a deep clean with oxiclean so I think the stains are set. I have no idea what wars this blouse has been through, but I think this blouse would be a beautiful addition to a wardrobe, although it might be best to be worn under a JSK due to the staining at the bottom back. Please understand that this is a used item and I can’t find every little mark so I’m warning you that this has signs of wear.

i measured the bust about 96 cm, although as someone with that measurement I found it a bit tight of a fit in the rest of the blouse, like sleeves, shoulders, etc. I would say this would be best for a US size 8 AT THE MAX but really probably for a natural fit more like a size 6 and below.
