Navy blue high collar blouse with 3/4 sleeves and detachable frill collar.

I know it looks black in some photos due to the lighting, but it is a dark navy blue. (I can take more photos upon request, but do understand I have a hard time correctly photographing the navy color.)
The measurements surprise me actually, I suppose the shirring provides some ease of fitting but looking at the blouse it seems a bit small, it seems to me it would fit better if you are 5-7 cm below the listed lolibrary measurements. Measurements from lolibrary:
length 50cm (19.6in) + frill 3cm
bust 96cm (37.7in)
waist 81cm (31.8in)
sleeve length 42cm (16.5in) + frill 3.5cm
shoulder width 38cm (14.9in) Flat measurements taken by me, these do not include the slight shirring in the back (refer to photos):
bust: 16 in.
waist: 15 in.
shoulder: 13 in.
sleeve: 16.5 in.
length: 21 in. (including collar + bottom frill)
