This dress is a beautiful example of old school! The cotton is very thick, and it would be perfect for a shiro coord.
I got it from Mercari Japan. It came to me without the bows on the chest, and one of the buttons was missing from the shoulder strap. I sewed back on the extra button that was on the tag. I'm an amateur sewer, so it's not professional. It can't be seen when the dress is worn. Please see the circled button in the fourth picture. The fabric is wrinkled from storage, and it was recently washed.
Lolibrary says the waist ties are detachable, but they are not. I would say the measurements listed on Lolibrary accurately reflect the max bust and waist:
Bust: 88 cm (34.6 in) Waist: 72 cm (28.3 in)
