Really cool skirt from 2008, this is a pretty rare item.
Never worn by me, in great condition! No stains or missing items. The waist ribbon is a lil wrinkled but that can be fixed easily.
The separate lining of the skirt is included. It really doesn't have to be worn with the skirt, it's not see through at all.
Super comfy due to full shirring!
