I bought this secondhand and wore it a couple of times. There is a small bleach stain on the front, but it’s easy to hide between the gathers or with an apron.

Measured flat the waist is 13.5", bust is 16", and shoulder to hem is 34". I measured with the shirring unstretched and the straps are adjustable. I have a 35" bust and I found it to be a little too roomy for me. .
