Metamorphose Happy Balloon OP in Cream
From Meta's Crown Label line! This fully shirred OP features cutely-shaped hot air balloons and lots of fun charms, from the gold stars on the bows to little raindrops hanging from the waist ties. This print is in excellent condition and ready for summertime.
Lolibrary's measurements don't take into account the full shirring in the back. I fit into this just fine with a ~110cm bust and ~100cm waist. You can check lolibrary's base measurements at the reference link below, but otherwise, here are my amateur flat lay max measurements with the shirring pulled taut:
Bust stretches up to appx 54cm flat (~108cm around)
Waist stretches up to appx 52cm flat (~104cm around)
Cuff stretches up to ~25cm flat (~50cm around)

Sadly no, the seller that I purchased this from did not include the heart charm :( But the other star and raindrop charms on the bows and waist ties are still present
