First of all, I couldn't believe this set was 15 years old. The skirt print is as vibrant as a new piece (comes with both waist ties). The bag is in mint condition with no stains or wear on the pleather handles. 

However: It's an old school Meta skirt and the waist is very small! 27 inch (68 cm) max waist on this one with the shirring. 

I've priced this accordingly because it's an older piece that I have never seen sold in such pristine condition (especially as a set with the bag). Feel free to message me with offers.
