It's called a blouse officially however this is actually more like a cutsew. The material is stretchy like a t-shirt but the collar and the frills on the cuffs are not. Still has the extra button sewn in the tag. I think I might've tried it on once but I also own this in another color and wear the black version often. This particular one is more of a soft pastel lemony yellow instead of a proper cream colorway.
