hi! with the shirring fully stretched it's around 112 cm bust and 100 cm high waist. the arms holes are also elastic. i wear a size XS/S and this fits fine; my personal suggestion is probably up to a M or L, depending on how you like items to fit! let me know if you have any other questions.
