Beautiful classic skirt with waist ties by Metamorphose

I bought it a few years ago second hand. I couldn't find the print name anywhere. Lying flat the waist is 13 inches but it stretches quite a bit because it has elastic in the back. It is 20.5 inches long. I only wore it twice I think. I can't find any damage or stains. There is a light petti attached underneath.

Yes it was taken lying flat for the length as well as the waist .
