I couldn't find info on this skirt exactly but meta has a bunch of pieces with this same fabric. I've switched out the elastic for a slightly looser one. The flocked print has rubbed off a bit around the top (from sitting probably?) but it's barely noticeable since the print is so busy (see last pic). It's a light chiffon fabric.
