I got this bag second hand NWT and have only used it a few times.
Overall the bag is still in fairly good condition, however there are some damages due to age.
Metamorphose white pleather items seem to degrade some over time.
I did not receive straps with this bag.
Most of the damage is on the handles- please see the images.
There is a slight indent on the front from the handle.
