Metamorphose Fantasy Parade Frill skirt in Mint. 40 cm length. Lolibrary lists it as 60 cm minimum, but fits my 85 cm waist VERY comfortably with lots of shirring. In great condition save for some mild wrinkling.

Hi!
I’m able to do that, but just know that it’ll be very expensive. Someone from the UK asked how much a pair of socks would be to ship, and the cheapest I could find was $15. A skirt is much heavier and thus more expensive.
Basically, if you’re willing to pay the shipping, I can!
