Meta Double Edged Lace Tiered JSK, from 2007
A very unique and hard to find piece. In the Black color way.
Missing the bows in the front ( I received it this way from the Y!JA seller). Does come with waist ties. Also has a built in petti (this skirt has an incredible poof to it, i mean really its no joke. you really dont need to wear an additional petti with this jsk) The straps are not elastic, instead they are movable by buttons (see last photo).

Bust 85-100 cm (its very stretchy so it might go up to 120 cm but that would be absolute max)
Waist 70-100cm
Length 96 (from top of shoulder strap to hem)
