Metamorphose Dot Frill Short Sleeve Blouse
The blouse is beautiful and has full back shirring and detachable waist ties. It is a nice chiffon, perfect for summer. I got it in a lucky pack a while ago and only wore it a few times. Two of the three detachable bows were lost when I took it to the dry cleaners (ugh.) But no other harm has ever come to this blouse.
