Adorable tartan skirt from the Crown Label sub-brand of Meta. Has a sweet little black rabbit motif to the side, comes with a detachable bow with a pin - great for your waist or affixing onto a hat! The skirt is unfortunately missing its belt but it'd be easily replaceable with a standard one - the belt loops are quite accommodating.
