I personally recommend it for chest larger than 34 inches, otherwise it fits loosely.

Underarm to underarm stretches past 42 inches.

Waist is 22 inches to 34+ inches.

Has one spot at chest, pinprick at back, and another at the back ruffle hem, all shown in the pics.
