Condition: Damaged and missing item.

Purchased second-hand and the first owner did not indicate the front bow with the bear was missing.
Additionally they didn't disclose they had moved the shoulder strap buttons to the very end of the straps which I have since moved up approximately 4cm.
Please see photos of the damage with the shoulder straps.
Overall it is not visible on the print side of the shoulder straps, only on the lining side.

The dress is in otherwise good condition with no fading.
I have washed and lightly steamed the JSK but there is still some wrinkling especially on the waist ties.
