Metamorphose/CL Strawberry Cream Frill Skirt
Fully shirred skirt in an unusual colorway that's great for casual wear :) Would probably work well for otome-style coordinates as well!
Like many older Meta pieces, this item has a tulle layer sewn in for extra poof, and it's fully shirred so it can accommodate a good range of sizes. Note that Meta's full shirring skirts don't have zippers, however, so you'll need clearance for your hips to get it on and off comfortably.
Lengthwise, I'm 5'4" and this skirt sits about an inch above my knee with a petticoat.
