Infamous meta chiffon lucky pack blouse

Up for sale is a white chiffon Metamorphose blouse. I believe it originally came in a lucky pack and I am the third owner.

The back is fully shirred and includes the back ribbon lacing.

PLEASE NOTE: There are several items missing when compared to the stock photo. I am not sure if it came this way or if the previous owner misplaced them.
There are no detachable bows for the top portion of the blouse, there are no ribbon bows on the sleeves, and there are no criss crossing neck ribbons.
The price reflects this.
