Cherry Chiffon High Waist JSK in mint from Metamorphose. A very light and easy to wear dress, I am the second owner, worn twice and dry cleaned. The print is super cute and the cut of the dress is quite special. 
I couldn't find the size guide on lolibrary, but back shirring can go up to about 90cm for the bust.
