This is Meta’s Candy House Medium Length Skirt. I was planning on altering it to fit me but I decided to look for the JSK instead. The sizing for this skirt is pretty small since it was kinda snug on my mannequin but not bad.
I would say it could fit a 70cm waist comfortably, but maybe a few centimeters above should be fine. This is an estimation based on both Lolibrary and my own measurements of the skirt.
Perfect for Tall lolitas since it’s over 63cm length and definitely can be altered to be bigger and should be fine.
