This is a fully shirred Meta skirt that is in good condition. I am the first owner and got it off a happy pack which is why this version of the print is not available on Lolibrary.
It is incredible and very forgiving. I would say it would comfortably fit an AU size 10 upto maybe size 16. Unfortunately I have lost my measuring tape and so am unable to provide exact measurements. A previous sale I found has it listed at Waist: 26cm (unstretched) to 42cm (stretched) however I cannot vouch for the accuracy of their measurement.
Comes from a non-smoking no pet home. All my loli clothes have been lovingly kept and stored.
