Skirt has been reconstructed, the waistband was removed cut into two to create a new fully elastic waistband. The stitching is visible along the waistline as this was done by hand but it isn’t noticeable in photos when worn. When I altered it I accidentally made it way too big 

This skirt is 25 in fully stretched flat so it could fit up to a 50in waist
