In good condition. I tried it on but never wore it. A previous owner used the waist ties to make the bodice bigger and the person i bought it from didn't meantion it. Unfortunately it's just too big for me. I measured and the ties add a total of 8 inches (20 cm) to the bodice.
The altered waist is 80-105cm (31.5 -41.4 in)and the bust is 96-125 cm (37.8 -49 in)
