I purchased this secondhand, but it is still in very good condition, besides missing the removable bows that it originally came with. It does have the waist ties and the extra button is still attached to the inner tag. I only tried it on briefly but never wore it myself. Considering the age, it’s in really nice condition.
Max bust is 38 inches, it’s an empire waist so there’s no real waist measurement. The straps have buttons so you can move them if need be for length.
