An OP with an overdress and underskirt. A very simple classic print on an oldschool cut.
Probably one of the 2010 revival pieces? I'm at least the second owner.

The underskirt is fully elastic, so it's very fit-customizable. 

Listing includes dress, original underskirt, and matching headdress.

Damage on dress:
Small run on waist tie ribbon
run on end of corset lacing ribbon
Pull on lace in front
Damage on headdress:
small run on ribbon and slight fraying of edge

Comes from a non-smoking home, but I do have a cat. Despite my best efforts of keeping my lolita away from her, I'm sure theres fur on this item anyways. Please keep that in mind if you have an allergy!
