Bow is detachable. There is shirring

There is a light stain on the front part of the skirt. I have tried to remove. It is not very noticeable at all.

Sold pending answer - Is this too large to fit a smaller waist well? And is the 70-75cm measurement natural waist or low waist?

Hi, I'm not quite sure what you mean. The smallest waist measurement (measured un-stretched while flat) is 70cm which falls on the natural wait to just above it.
