I couldn't find the reference on Lolibrary but measurements laid flat are as follows:
Bust 42cm
Waist 37.5cm
With these measurements the blouse would fit a bust size of 70-80cm and waist size of 60-73cm in a close or loose-fit style depending on how you tie the lacing.
However, due to the partial back shirring, the blouse might accommodate bust size of 90cm and waist size up to 80cm or slightly larger for a close-fitting style. I'm not sure on this so please use your own judgement and experience with shirring.
