missing button

This is a super cute blouse I bought from Mercari but sadly it does not fit my arms. The blouse has definitely been worn before and sadly is missing one button that I was not made aware of in the original listing. I tried to find the name of this blouse but couldn’t find anything so I have measured to the best of my ability. This blouse still has waist ties and neck ribbon. The buttons are also super cute heart shaped and add a nice detail. The back also has partial back shirring which makes it comfy to wear. This blouse is also very thin and would be great for summer coords. Its a nice beige color that would look great in casual and classic coords. Due to my work schedule and covid it could take me up to a week to ship out after payment. Also due to the impacted Usps I can not guarantee an exact delivery date once it is shipped. I also live with a cat but I do not let her near my wardrobe but I like to mention for those with an allergy. My rough estimates for sizing is Shoulders are 14 inches and bust is 16 inches.
