I bought this skirt years ago and have used it frequently. It's a great staple for any gothic lolita. The skirt has a 26 inch waist; half elasticized but still tight.
The skirt is 21 inches long. The skirt had waist ties but they are now missing. Priced to sell and priced based on its heavy use; not for visible imperfections. Pictures may be misleading--it's 100% a black skirt. some of the photos the color looks lighter; this is because I wanted to show the details of the skirt better.
