Bought brand new without tag. Worn once, excellent condition. Shirred back with super elastic sleeves, has waist ties also. Comes with two detachable bows. Max stretch seems to be about 23cm on the sleeves and the length is about the same. Laid flat the bust appears to be between 38-40cm, waist about 39cm. It has a lot of stretch though, my bust is roughly 96cm and it fits quite nicely.
