Cute black Metamorphose Sailor set, includes skirt and cutsew

I was unable to find any info on the set, as I bought it on the LJ sales a few years ago.
It's a super cute sailor style set from Metamorphose. The top is a cutsew of knit material. The buttons have a cute nautical theme. I am unsure if the ribbon bow, which is just attached with a safety pin, was added by the last owner, modified that way, or if that was how Metamorphose produced it.
The skirt includes detachable waist ties, a built-in petti, and partial back shirring. It goes on with a clasp and a zipper.
I was unable to find any flaws upon checking it, and I'm not sure how much it was worn by the previous owner. I only wore it out once.
I don't have any exact measurements for it, but I don't think the skirt would fit above a 30in waist. The top fits me very comfortably, and my measurements are a 35in bust, and 28in waist. The top should have a little more give for sizing.
