Peter pan collar and shirring in the back. Arm cuffs can be adjusted a little with a ribbon. Blouse comes with detachable waist ties, a spare button on the inside tag, and pintucks down the front for a lovely flattering fit. This blouse has been washed multiple times and has had the black color fade a bit, which is why I've marked the condition as "Minor damage".

This will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail flat rate in a padded envelope. Due to my current work location and schedule, I am only able to ship on weekends.
