Fun and lovely old school skirt, likely from 2002-2004, with what I assume to be a bloomer window so you can show off your detailed drawers!
Unlined and made of sturdy velveteen. Shirring is in excellent condition and waist will stay put on petite and plus alike.
Very comfortable but sadly too short for me.
