Meta Three Tiered Long Skirt w/ Stripes - Full elastic waist
Gorgeous old school piece from Meta. Wonderful layers of tiny ruffles and pintucks throughout.
The only flaw is one very small spot near the waistband in front. I only noticed it after putting the skirt under a very bright lamp for measurements. See photo.
This skirt is built similarly to this one on lolibrary. So do look at the mannequin photos if you're curious how it looks when worn with more petticoats to help fluff the volume.
