Bought new. Worn once. I found a black line at the front side near the bottom, looks more like a black thread weaved into the white than a stain (not sure if manufacturer error), otherwise no flaws.
The print is simply divine, with elegant patterns on the white part and subtle interchanging stripes on the red part. The camellias are wonderful, and the dress overall gives off an elegant vibe. Would be great to wear it to a tea room or salon. 
The bow at the front is detachable.
