Purchased from mercari and only tried on. It has two shirring panels and is not fully shirred. The dress is missing the neckties but has the detachable bow and wait ties. There three minor damages: a run, the waist tie buttons are loose, and some fraying on the detachable bow. I would say the absolute max bust that would be comfortable for this dress is 98cm since I struggled to zip it up at 105cm. I ship with USPS flat rate. Please inquire for international shipping.
