I originally purchased this JSK secondhand around a year ago and  I only wore it once for sonic symphony! I've included the description from the original seller as it's quite extensive. However, I will add that I only have one of the waist ties. I don't know what good having a singular waist tie does, but I have it lol. Otherwise everything else is noted in the original seller's description below.

Purchased with significant damage to the chest shirring. I replaced all of the chest shirring except the bottom waist row because that had some stretch in it still. I did a clean job on the inside but it definitely isn't brand quality finish. However, I did accidentally break one of the waist tie buttons.
